I had been documenting some crazy weather (We had emergency alerts, flooding, hail, and a tornado in our county) before I discovered that geoengineering had been happening in Tuolumne County for over 30 years.
This video compilation shows my first glance at the arrangement between Weather Modification International and the Turlock & Modesto Irrigation District (TID), followed by my documentation of some erratic weather in late 2022-early 2023.
I submitted two public records act requests to TID to learn more about the "Upper Tuolumne River Weather Modification Project."
A few thoughts: weather modification is reserved for the few who have the resources to divert water. The “damages” following months of “seeding” has led to millions of dollars flowing between the federal government and affected counties/states. Where do those millions end up, considering that individuals who suffer damages are offered “loans?”
What about the never-ending “state of emergency” and the abuse of power & money transfer?

The potential threat to humans comes when the nanoparticles are present in the air and inhaled—particularly in workplaces—while algae and animals can be harmed when they enter ecosystems, including through wastewater.
And, according to research by Marie Simonin and others, the nanoparticles can also be toxic for some soil organisms."

According to one document for Santa Barbara & Twitchell Reserve cloud seeding.
”Ammonium Perchlorate, Zinc Powder and Aluminum Powder. All three have physiochemical effects only. The Ammonium Perchlorate is used as an oxidizer in the flares as well as solid rocket boosters in the military industry. The resulting products of combustion, in addition to the Silver Iodide Complexes include: Aluminum Oxide, Aluminum Chloride, Zinc Oxide, Zinc Chloride, Nitrogen, and water.”
What about TRACERS?

To measure the success of the seeding operations, aluminum or zinc-coated glass fibers (chaff) are released to allow radar to measure the dispersion/transport of the seeding elements into the clouds. What are the known cumulative inhalation/exposure effects for plants, animals, and humans? Little is known, and most environmental impact reports are outdated by at least three decades.
