I've been following these programs since the mid 1990's where Europeans found the first initiation of this global project started in a small country in Europe called Liechtenstein, where there were no fuel regulations. I have followed Clifford Carnicom, Nich Begich and then Dane Wiggington all these years trying to warn others. Now I find myself sitting here in western North Carolina utterly devastated from the remnants of this geoengineeing. Soil samples taken here by a large qualified company showed lead, arsenic and chromium 800x the safe levels and BARIUM (a dessicant) used to move these atmospheric rivers 17,000x the safe limit! A crime against humanity!
Have you been in touch with any attorneys about any aspect of the spraying? I have read somewhere that may be a lawsuit could be filed pursuant to the Clean Water Act, because these particulates filter down into water as well as land. I'm not an attorney but I'd like to hook you up with one if I can.
Trying to find a sympathetic environmental lawyet I believe would be a challenge. My wish is to sue my states EPA for respiratory damage but I cant afford legal counsel and attorneys no longer seem open to contingency cases
Yes, outside personal injury cases or other cases where the defendants have insurance, attorneys are very reluctant to take the risk of a contingency case. They have to put themselves and their employees first to make sure they can stay open. This year I have sent bcc: emails to 1300 attorneys asking them to take a real estate fraud case on contingency and only three or four of them have expressed interest. You might find an attorney for this by going to a law library that has a high-end legal database subscription and asking a law librarian to help you word the search.
