They have now renamed it as "Medical Test Kits". There were millions and millions of these "test kits" shipped in 2017, 2018, 2019, etc.

China, on the other hand, had only 503,302 "cases" and 5,272 "deaths" with a population of 1.45 Billion. Now if either of the above stories were true (lab leak or wet market) and this was truly some easily transmitted & deadly pathogen, then China's numbers would have been through the roof.
