They say it's fungus, but under the microscope it looks like plastic wires with chambers filled with black pellets. None of it looks like an organism under the microscope.

Note, I'm talking about this specific case, because there are other phenomena that indeed behave like fungus, like this.

So that, people would definitely call a fungus, however to me it doesn't even look organic. Rather, it looks like polymers and crystals. Techno fungus.
